People’s United Bank has sold its 17,000-square-foot facility in Saugus.

The newly constructed multiunit facility is located at 129 Ballard St., and is set on 1.95 acres of land just off of Route 1A. The property was purchased by 129 Ballard Street LLC for $950,000.

Chris Everest and Anthony Triglione, president and vice president of Nordlund Associates Inc., brokered the transaction.
