Erland Construction, Franklin First Federal Credit Union and Skanska USA are among the companies making personnel changes in this week’s lineup.

 

Erland Construction

Erland Construction has hired three new project managers to help support its residential group. Bob Larsen brings more than 40 years of construction experience to his new position at Erland. He has previously worked in the roles of project superintendent, project manager and project executive on various projects. Bryan Miller brings 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Miller was a project manager for the last six years before joining Erland. Dan Cobb brings over a decade of experience to Erland. He has worked in a variety of capacities in the construction industry and with a diverse portfolio of projects.

 

Federal Realty Investment Trust

Federal Realty Investment Trust has named Bryan W. Furze as vice president of asset management for the Northeast region. Furze will be based in Somerville and will be responsible for monitoring the trust’s Boston and New York core portfolio. Furze brings over 15 years of experience in all facets of the retail estate industry, focusing on the value creation, development and operations of shopping centers and mixed-use properties throughout New England. Furze most recently worked at Linear Retail Properties as vice president of asset management and development.

 

Franklin First Federal Credit Union

Franklin First Federal Credit Union recently appointed Michelle Dwyer as CEO and president. Dwyer replaces retiring CEO and President Martha Richardson, who leaves Franklin First after 32 years. Dwyer first began at Franklin First in March 2007 as a teller.

JM Coull

Construction management firm JM Coull has promoted Joshua Brandt from project executive to COO. Brandt has been with the firm for four years and has managed some of JMC’s most high-profile projects. As COO, Brandt will oversee all aspects of JMC’s operations team to ensure continued success on the firm’s projects. He brings more than 10 years of experience to his new role, having moved up the ranks as laborer, site superintendent, project manager and project executive. Brandt has experience with all project delivery types, with particular expertise in design-build work.

 

Skanska USA

Skanska USA has announced several hires and promotions.

  • Robert Coutts, previously a vice president at SPS New England, joined Skanska as a project executive overseeing civil infrastructure operations in the region. With more than 25 years of experience, Coutts has worked on some of the largest public projects in New England.
  • Russell DeMartino, previously senior director of design and construction for Tishman Speyer Properties, joined Skanska as vice president of development operations, focusing on multiple aspects of the development. DeMartino brings more than 13 years of experience in construction design, development and leasing to Skanska.
  • Carolyn Desmond and Levi Reilly were promoted from development manager to development director. In this new role, they will be responsible for leading all aspects of the development process including site acquisition, entitlement, financial analysis, design, construction, leasing and execution. Reilly has more than 10 years of experience in commercial and residential development, with three years at Skanska, and Desmond has 12 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, with six years at Skanska.
  • Jason Reynolds was promoted to the newly created role of director of marketing creative services. Previously, he served as marketing manager in both the Metro New York and New England regions. Reynolds has 18 years of experience in marketing and graphic design, 10 of which were at Skanska.

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank recently announced that David T. Weston has joined the bank as chief wealth management services officer. He brings extensive experience in the areas of wealth management, trust and fiduciary administration, investment services and financial advisory and retirement services. Weston has experience all areas of wealth management as well as health insurance. Most recently, he worked as vice president of wealth management at a local savings bank.

The Cooperative Bank

The Cooperative Bank (TCB) recently announced it has hired Elma Mandzo as a business development officer for its retail department. In this role, Mandzo will help grow TCB’s deposit and loan portfolio by building relationships with new and existing customers and businesses. Mandzo brings 10 years of banking and finance experience to the role and most recently served as a financial service manager at People’s United Bank. Prior to that role, Mandzo held positions at Metro Credit Union, Digital Federal Credit Union and TD Bank.
