Hanscom Federal Credit Union
John Cotter, Hanscom Federal Credit Union’s facilities manager, was awarded the Cushman Award at the credit union’s annual appreciation dinner earlier this month. Cotter is a relatively new credit union employee, having joined Bedford-based Hanscom FCU in March. The award is presented to a staff member who best embodies the ideals of Hanscom FCU, and is named for long-time board member John Cushman.

JACA Architects
Lynda Duray has been promoted to associate director of interior design at Dedham-based JACA Architects, an firm exclusively focused on the health care industry.

MacRostie Historic Advisors
Albert Rex has been named CEO of MacRostie Historic Advisors LLC, the first in the company’s history. Rex became a partner in the firm in 2014 and has been with the company since 2004. He steps into this new role as the organization expands its national footprint. Additionally Kim Smith has joined MHA as the new director of the Boston office. She is an experienced tax credit consultant with over 17 years in the industry. Most recently, she worked at the Providence Revolving Fund both as a historic consultant as well as a lender and equity partner in historic property developments.

Nutter
Beth Mitchell, a partner in Boston-based law firm Nutter’s real estate department and co-chair of the firm’s commercial and real estate finance practice group, was voted to a one-year term as treasurer of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. 

Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty
Sean Gildea has joined Marblehead-based Sagan Harborside Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales associate. Gildea joined his family-owned business, Carlson Real Estate, after graduating from University of Maine at Orono, and has been a real estate manager for the past 20 years. 

UniBank
Scott Rielly has joined Whitinsville-based UniBank as vice president and commercial lender. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial lending and financial services and was most recently vice president and commercial relationship manager at East Cambridge Savings Bank. 

Wood Palace Kitchens
Pamela Adams has joined Marlborough-based cabinetry distributor Wood Palace Kitchens as a kitchen sales designer. Adams has more than 25 years in the building and design industry, most recently as a designer and product engineer with a cabinetry firm in Glendale, Arizona.
