Clinton Savings Bank

Clinton Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Katie Flaherty to vice president, lending compliance and community reinvestment act officer. Previously, Flaherty served as assistant vice president, lending compliance officer and several other positions over her 29-year tenure with the bank.

 

Cottonwood Management Group

Cottonwood Management Group appointed Edward Vydra to senior vice president and Mike Schumacher to senior vice president of development. With approximately 50 combined years of experience in their respective financial management and construction industries, Vydra and Schumacher will join Rebecca Mattson, head of East Coast development in the group’s Boston office to execute the plans for Cottonwood’s premier residential and retail development at Seaport Square Parcels M1M2.

Prior to joining Cottonwood, Vydra worked as a managing director at Taurus Investment Holding’s Boston office with key acquisition, asset management and development responsibilities in its New England portfolio. Prior to Cottonwood, Schumacher held a 19-year tenure at Boston Properties, most recently serving as vice president of construction.

 

ERA Key Realty Services

ERA Key Realty Services is pleased to announce the addition of Roberta M. O’Connell to the firm’s Milford Office. A resident of Uxbridge, O’Connell was previously a CEO with Princess Publishers in Massachusetts is the author of 15 titles.

Jack Conway & Co. of Norwell

Tom Melanson and Vicki Infusino have returned to Jack Conway & Co. after leaving the company in 2012. The two worked as a team at Conway’s former South Weymouth office and will now join the Norwell office.

 

NAI Hunneman

Ned Halloran and Leeanne Rizzo have joined NAI Hunneman in Boston as senior vice presidents in its leasing and advisory service team.

Halloran and Rizzo will focus on landlord and tenant representation in the south suburban markets.

Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, both were senior managing directors with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Boston, handling landlord and tenant representation in the south and west suburban markets. Prior to Newmark, Halloran spent 10 years with Lincoln Property Co., while Rizzo worked with Trammel Crow and Colliers International.

 

North Shore Bank

North Shore Bank has hired Megan Shea-Pereira as sales and service manager of the bank’s 248 Andover St. branch in Peabody, and Melisa Washington as sales and service manager of their Merrimac branch located at One West Main St. Both will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including the management of all functions and banking activity

Shea-Pereira joins North Shore Bank with more than a decade of experience with TD Bank, most recently as store manager and vice president of their Cross Street location in Peabody.

Before joining North Shore Bank, Washington was a manager for Citizens Bank.

 

John Battaglia

The Cooperative Bank

The Cooperative Bank hired John Battaglia as senior vice president, mortgage operations. In this role, Battaglia will build upon TCB’s mortgage operations in order to better provide new and convenient offerings to borrowers.

As senior vice president of mortgage operations, Battaglia will be responsible for the management of all residential loan activities, developing mortgage loan policies, and providing financing for current and new residential customers. Battaglia brings over 35 years of mortgage banking experience to TCB and most notably founded Cambridge Mortgage Group Inc. in 1996, which became a subsidiary of South Shore Bank in 2008.

 

Vantage Builders

Vantage Builders has hired Kelly MacLean as director of operations. MacLean will develop, implement and reviewing the firm’s operational efficiency, cost control management and internal procedures. Prior to joining Vantage Builders, she was COO for Liberty Construction.
