Boston-based Berkshire Bank has promoted Lori Gazzillo Kiely to senior vice president and regional market president for Berkshire County. Brookline Bank

Charter Contracting Co.

Boston-based environmental and civil construction firm Charter Contracting Co. has hired Mark Joyce as its director of business development.

Hanscom FCU and Direct Federal Credit Union

Senior leaders at two local credit unions have been given the Cooperative Credit Union Association’s 2020 Volunteer of the Year award. Hanscom Federal Credit Union Chairman Ray Phillips and Needham-based Direct Federal Credit Union board member and Chairman emeritus David Johnson were both honored . The award is given out to volunteers who, in the words of the CCUA, “have given freely of their time, energy, wisdom, and knowledge to help guide and nurture a credit union to success, year in and year out.” Phillips has been a member of Hanscom FCU’s board since 1994. Johnson has been involved with Direct Federal for 35 years.

HarborOne Bank

HarborOne Bank has named Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Andreana Santangelo to the board of directors of its holding company.

Haverhill Bank

Haverhill Bank has hired Alan Collopy as its new vice president of information technology. Prior to joining Haverhill Bank, Collopy worked as information technology officer at Cambridge Trust Company

North Brookfield Savings Bank

North Brookfield Savings Bank has hired Jeffry Kerr as its new vice president and marketing director. Kerr was most recently vice president of marketing for PeoplesBank.
