Swansea-based Bay Coast Bank has named Joe Costa as an assistant treasurer and the manager of its branch on Pleasant Street in Fall River. Costa was most recently an assistant branch manager at TD Bank.
Cresa
Commercial real estate firm Cresa has hired Greg Lewis as a principal in its Boston office. Lewis will lead business development efforts within the life sciences market and manage on-going occupancy efforts to support Cresa clients. He was most recently a project executive and head of the life sciences team at J. Calnan & Assoc.
DPS Group
Boston-based engineering and construction management firm DPS Group has hired Brian Duffy as senior director of engineering and architecture for its Boston operations. Duffy has previously held design and large capital execution projects at Sanofi Genzyme, Pfizer, Massachusetts Biologic Laboratories and Alkermes Inc.
HarborOne Bank
Brockton-based HarborOne Bank has named Kevin Hamel as a senior vice president and its chief information officer. In its announcement, the bank said Hamel would “oversee the bank’s technology transformation.” Hamel comes to HarborOne after holding several vice president-level IT roles at BayState Health and Peoples Bank.
KeyBank
Cleveland, Ohio-based KeyBank has hired David Ott and Sasha Stein to fill out its middle market banking team as the company grows its commercial banking operations in Boston. Stein was previously a commercial banker at HSBC and Bank of America. Ott was most recently the director of life science corporate banking at Wells Fargo.

Arlington-based Leader Bank has hired Jerry Amodeo as a senior vice president in its commercial lending department. Amodeo was most recently as a commercial real estate lender at East Boston Savings Bank.

Danvers-based mortgage lender Mortgage Network Inc. has hired Michael McSharry as a mortgage loan officer in its Boston branch.
