Amesbury-based BankProv has hired two new members for its small business lending team. Joel Gianninoto, previously of Citizens Financial Group and Salem Five Bank, will be vice president of commercial lending and Ryan Fox, previously a manager of his family’s Washington, D.C.-based men’s clothing shop, will be assistant vice president for commercial lending.

BayCoast Bank

BayCoast Bank has named Nicole Almeida as its new senior vice president and chief diversity officer. Almeida was previously senior vice president and chief marketing officer for the bank and its affiliates.

Bluestone Bank

Raynham-based Bluestone Bank has hired Craig Nardi as its new vice president and residential lending operations manager. Nardi comes to Bluestone from Radius Financial Group, where he was the senior vice president of production and a regional manager.

Country Bank

Ware-based Country Bank has hired Victoria Graffam to be its new BSA officer. Graffam was previously the BSA/AML EDD manager at Berkshire Bank.

Greylock FCU

Pittsfield-based Greylock Federal Credit Union announced that Director of Employee Training and Development Donna Collins has graduated from the National Credit Union Foundation’s Credit Union Development Educators’ training program.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has promoted three and hired one new staffer:

• Robert Boley has been promoted to assistant vice president of business services.
• Jessica Gadilauskas has been promoted to assistant treasurer in the credit union’s human resources department
• Bethany Watson has been promoted to assistant treasurer and executive assistant
•  Eric Bullock has been hired as the new branch manager for Jeanne D’Arc’s Westford branch.

KS Partners

Woburn-based office landlord KS Partners has promoted Jennifer Carrigan to vice president and director of leasing.

Mechanics Cooperative Bank

Taunton-based Mechanics Cooperative Bank has hired Sandra Cordoniz as the new manager of its Westport branch. Cordoniz was previously a branch manager for Santander Bank.

Monson Savings Bank

Monson Savings Bank has promoted Michael Rouette to executive vice president and chief operating officer.

The Savings Bank

Bruce Donovan, a senior vice president and branch manager at Wakefield-based The Savings Bank, has received a Patriot Award from Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense program that promotes cooperation and understanding between military reservists and their and civilian employers. Donovan was nominated by Navy Reservist Second Class Petty Officer Matt Barton, a floating branch manager at The Savings Bank, who was deployed in January 2020 to serve at Fort Devens for 11 months.
