TD Bank has promoted Monté Foster as its Southern New England retail market president, overseeing the bank’s Central Massachusetts, Connecticut and Upstate New York locations. Foster previously managed the execution of the bank’s trademarked #BeLegendary program in the same areas, focused on creating “consistent customer-first routines and behaviors to help drive net portfolio growth, promote collaboration with partners across the bank and increase customer satisfaction,” the bank said.
