Larry Fish, former chairman and CEO of Rhode Island-based Citizens Financial Group, has been named chair of the board at youth homelessness services agency Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod

The Hyannis-based Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod has hired Mary Catherine McGreevy and Nikki Rickard to be residential mortgage loan officers, and promoted Jessica Terry to the same role. Rickard was most recently a loan originator at Seamen’s Bank. McGreevy was most recently a loan officer at Citizens, while Terry was formerly a home equity loan officer at the Coop and has been with the bank for 20 years, beginning her career there as a teller.

NAIOP-Massachusetts

The state’s commercial real estate development trade group, NAIOP-Massachusetts, has hired Danielle Allard as director of programs and events. Allard was previously in a similar role for the Massachusetts Teachers Association.

The Peabody Cos.

Braintree-based developer and property manager The Peabody Cos. has promoted Kelly Wollinger to senior property manager.

Senné

Boston-based real estate advisory firm Senné has hired Andy Elliot as director of debt and structured finance. Elliot joins the firm from middle-market real estate debt and equity broker Goedecke & Co., where he was a vice president and lead underwriter.
