Beverly Bank announced the following promotions:

• Katherine Gilfeather to vice president and residential loan officer at Beverly Bank. She previously held the position of assistant vice president and residential loan officer and has been a member of the residential lending team at Beverly Bank since 2011.
• Patrick Langmaid to assistant vice president and residential loan officer at Beverly Bank. He joined Beverly Bank as residential loan officer in November of 2014. Previously, Langmaid was a senior loan officer at GoldCoast Mortgage Service Inc., Beverly. He has held positions at Prospect Mortgage, LLC and the Archer Group, Keller Williams Realty, both located in Beverly.

Bristol County Savings Bank

Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB) announced the following promotions:

• Thomas Keogh to audit manager. In his new role, Keogh is responsible for directing the ongoing activities of the audit department. Keogh is a member of the Massachusetts Bank Internal Auditors and The Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Mark Moreira to secondary market officer. In his new role, he is responsible for calculating and distributing mortgage rates, supervising the rate locks of residential mortgage loans, managing loan sale functions, making loan commitments with secondary market investors and delivering loan packages for sale.
• Sharon Patton to prime time manager for the bank. In her new role, she will oversee all activities relating to BCSB’s relationship product, Prime Time. Patton’s responsibilities include planning, organizing and arranging the details for all Prime Time Travel events. In addition, she serves as personal banker to these Prime Time Travel members by acting as their liaison to all areas of the bank.
• Patrick Quinn to BSA officer. In his new role, he will maintain compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control and ensure timely and accurate submission of required regulatory reports.

Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank

Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank has hired Stephanie Dennehy as digital marketing officer. Dennehy brings experience in the areas of digital marketing, product and technology launches, and general marketing in the financial services industry.

Clinton Savings Bank

Clinton Savings Bank hired Nicole L. Martin as vice president and retail sales manager. Directing the bank’s retail department, Martin will be accountable for the building and the establishment of goals to achieve growth, profit and operational efficiency. She is responsible for department compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations. In her new role, she will also be part of the bank’s senior management team.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England recently announced that Jill Streck has joined the company’s office in Brookline as a sales associate. In her new role, Streck will provide residential real estate services in Brookline as well as the surrounding communities of Brookline, Newton, Chestnut Hill, Wellesley, South Boston and Back Bay.

Commerce Bank

Commerce Bank recently announced the following promotions in its commercial lending department:

• Jake Bock to commercial loan officer in the bank’s Fenway office in Boston. He joined the bank in 2014 as a commercial lending trainee, and was promoted to credit analyst in 2015.

• Stephen DeMartino to commercial loan officer in bank’s main office in Worcester. He joined the bank in 2014 as a commercial lending trainee, and was promoted to credit analyst in 2015.

Greylock Federal Credit Union recently announced that Allison L. Bedard has been appointed to Greylock’s volunteer Supervisory Committee by the credit union’s board of directors. Bedard is a CPA and an audit manager at Adelson & Co. PC in Pittsfield.

Watertown Savings Bank

Watertown Savings Bank announced the following promotions:

• Lisa K. Nichols to senior vice president of operations. Nichols now oversees the bank’s operations, BSA and customer support departments and acts as the bank’s liaison with Fiserv. In this role, Nichols serves on several committees, including: Fiserv Cleartouch Strategic Planning Council, since 2009; Fiserv Source Capture Council, since 2014; and the American Bankers Association Payment Systems Committee, since 2013.
• Robert A. Kelly to senior vice president of retail banking. Under the umbrella of retail banking, Kelly will continue to oversee branch administration, along with the security, Club 50 and facilities Kelly currently serves on the Watertown Community Foundation board and grant committee.
