Brookline Bank

Brookline Bank announced the addition of David Yesue to its commercial real estate banking division. Yesue brings 15 years of nationwide and local banking experience to Brookline’s ranks of real estate professionals. He is located at the bank’s 131 Clarendon St. offices in Boston where he will work with middle-market and institutional developers and investors, domiciled or operating in the Greater Boston marketplace.

 

Florence Bank

Florence Bank announced that Stephanie LeMoine of Holyoke was selected as a recipient of the President’s Award for 2017. The award is a tradition established by the bank in 1995 in which employees can nominate their peers for the prestigious award which recognizes outstanding performance, customer service and overall contribution to Florence Bank.

 

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announced Mark S. Cochran, president and CEO, recently received Lowell Catholic High School’s Bishop John R. Mcnamara Award.

 

Leader Bank

Leader Bank has announced that Gerry McCarthy, formerly of Mortgage Master/Loan Depot, and Jason Ankers, formerly of Salem Five Bank, have joined Leader Bank’s residential lending team as senior loan officers. McCarthy joins Leader with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage business. Ankers has been in the mortgage business since 2002, bringing 15 years of experience as a senior loan officer.

 

NFC Mortgage

NFC Mortgage announced that Crystal Tacy of Northborough has joined the company as a loan officer. Tacy has more than nine years in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining NFC Mortgage, she was a loan processor at a mortgage company in the Worcester area.

 

North Brookfield Savings Bank

North Brookfield Savings Bank announced the recent hire of Kimberly Cobb as the bank’s senior vice president and CFO. In her new role, Cobb will be responsible for all aspects of the bank’s finances, including oversight of the budget, the investment portfolio and the internal and external financial reporting. Additionally, she will supervise the accounting and deposit operations departments and work closely with senior management to develop strategy consistent with the bank’s mission. Cobb most recently held the position of first vice president and controller as well as interim CFO at South Shore Bank.

 

Polish National Credit Union

Polish National Credit Union announced that Pamela Sanborn of Westfield has joined the credit union as assistant manager of the Westfield branch. Sanborn has almost 20 years of financial services experience, most recently as retirement service specialist with Westfield Bank. She has also held branch officer positions with Berkshire Bank, Legacy Banks and the Bank of Western Massachusetts. The credit union also announced Kathi Donahue of West Springfield has joined Polish National Credit Union as senior vice president of commercial lending. Donahue has over 25 years of experience, most recently with Westfield Bank (formerly Chicopee Savings Bank) as senior vice president of commercial lending.

 

TD Bank

TD Bank has named Milissa L. Solemina-McConnell as assistant vice president and store manager of the Burlington Center location at 186 Cambridge St. She is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the region. Solemina-McConnell has more than 15 years of customer service experience in banking and technology. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a branch manager at Citizens Bank in the Woburn Stop & Shop.

 

William Raveis Real Estate

Liz McCarron of The Liz McCarron Team/William Raveis Real Estate has been named the No. 1 agent for the town of Norwell for 2016, with 18 transactions and over $18.5 million in sales volume. Additionally, McCarron was ranked 12th in Massachusetts for total sales volume in 2016 out of more than 900 William Raveis real estate agents. She is a chairman’s Elite Club member 2014-2016 with 107 transactions and over $68 million in total sales volume.
