BayCoast Mortgage

Scott J. Davis has joined BayCoast Mortgage Co. as a senior loan officer. In this position, Davis, who joins the Westford location, will provide clients with the best financing options to fit their specific needs. Davis comes to BayCoast Mortgage Co. most recently from Mortgage Master, where he also held the role of senior loan officer. He has worked in the mortgage industry for 15 years.

 

Blue Hills Bank

Kyle Farrell has joined Blue Hills Bank as vice president of e-commerce. Farrell comes to Blue Hills Bank with more than a decade of experience in banking. Most recently, he was the e-commerce manager at The Village Bank, where he managed oversight of the call center, deposit operations, digital channels and business cash management solutions. Farrell will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight, product management and strategy of the bank’s digital channels which include online and mobile banking applications.

 

BOND

Robert Stone has joined BOND, a building, civil, utility and energy construction firm, as director of preconstruction, health care and life sciences. In the newly created role, Stone will use his extensive industry experience to ensure clients’ needs are addressed and resolved early on, leading to a smooth and efficient construction process. He has more than 35 years’ experience focused in preconstruction, estimating and value engineering for highly complex laboratory, biopharmaceutical and high-tech manufacturing clients.

 

Canton Co-operative Bank

Mary Ellen Hudner has been promoted to customer service representative and teller at Canton Co-operative Bank. She also recently received her “Five Years of Service” award.

 

Gaston Electrical

Brian Demore has joined Gaston Electrical Co. Inc., a New England electrical services contractor, as senior project manager.

 

Greylock Federal Credit Union

Mark Mancari has been promoted to assistant vice president at Greylock Federal Credit Union. Mancari came to Greylock in 2004 and has been branch manager of the credit union’s Elm Street location in Pittsfield since its opening in 2007.

 

GZA

Martin Rodick has been promoted to associate principal in the Norwood office of GZA, a firm providing environmental, geotechnical, ecological, water and construction management services. Rodick joined GZA in 1998 and his areas of specialization include geotechnical and environmental engineering.

 

Hancock Assoc.

Scott R. Jalbert has been promoted to vice president at Hancock Assoc., a provider of land surveying, civil engineering and wetland science services. He has joined the company’s management team and will continue as senior project manager based in both the Chelmsford and Danvers offices. With over 20 years of experience in land surveying, Jalbert is responsible for the coordination of utility, residential, commercial and municipal projects, including client contact and supervising field and office staff in the preparation of final plans and associated documents. He is also responsible for CAD and GPS operations and oversees the duration of various survey projects.

 

Jack Conway

Ilona Robbins, former sales agent and member of the management team at Jack Conway, has been appointed director of the firm’s global relocation and corporate services department. Robbins will now oversee all incoming and outgoing referrals of home buyers or sellers between Conway and its international relocation network, the Leading Real Estate Cos. of the World.

 

MountainOne Bank

Christopher Kuchar has been named vice president and team leader for commercial lending at MountainOne’s Danvers location. Prior to joining MountainOne Bank, Kuchar served in roles of increasing responsibility on the commercial lending teams for several Boston-based banks, serving the metro Boston, North Shore, southern New Hampshire and Merrimack Valley markets. He specializes in commercial real estate construction, commercial real estate mortgage, commercial and industrial and small business lending.

 

ULI

The Boston/New England District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) announced the election of three local members to the Governing Trustees of ULI. The three officials elected to represent the Boston/New England District Council for a four-year term are: Brad M. Hutensky, CEO, Hutensky Capital Partners, Hartford, Connecticut; Steven Marsh, managing director, MIT Investment Management Co., Cambridge.; and Sharmil Modi, principal, The Baupost Group, Boston.
