Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank

Dorothy Savarese, president and CEO of Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, has been named 10th on American Banker’s annual list of the “25 Most Powerful Women in Banking.” This is her sixth consecutive year on the list, which aims to recognize the impact that female leaders have made on their companies, communities and the financial services industry.

 

Florence Bank

Cindy Malinowski has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of Florence Bank’s downtown Northampton office. Prior to her recent promotion, she was the assistant branch manager of the downtown Northampton office. Malinowski is an 18-year employee of Florence Bank.

 

Hanscom Federal Credit Union

Raymond T. Kahre has joined the Hanscom FCU board of directors. Kahre will complete the term held by Alan Hart, who passed away earlier this year. Kahre was board chairman for Touchstone FCU, which recently merged with Hanscom FCU. He has been a member of the Hanscom FCU Member Advisory group since the merger was completed in early 2017.

 

Penobscot Investment Management

Daniel B. Ford III has been named a shareholder and has been elected a director of Boston-based Penobscot Investment Management Co. Inc.

 

Siemens Industry

Joseph Connell has joined the Boston branch of Siemens Industry Inc.’s building technologies division as a senior project manager. Connell’s responsibilities in this position include overall planning, forecasting, executing and leading large projects in and around Boston and Cambridge.

 

Suffolk

Charles McCarthy has joined Boston-based construction firm Suffolk as vice president of operations for its “mission critical” sector. McCarthy is responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships, recruiting and developing team members and ensuring all construction projects adhere to Suffolk’s highest safety and quality standards. He will leverage state-of-the-art technologies and innovative solutions to enhance the performance of his project teams and provide added value to clients and their projects.

 

Sundin Assoc.

Sara Roberts has joined the staff of Sundin Assoc., a Natick-based marketing and advertising agency, as marketing assistant/junior strategist. In her new position, she will provide support to the agency’s account management team and clients on a range of projects including social media, with a focus on copywriting and creative strategy.

 

TA Realty

Devin C. Sullivan has joined Boston-based TA Realty LLC as director of investor relations. Sullivan brings 15 years of industry experience to the firm and will utilize his significant industry experience to provide dedicated client service to TA Realty’s global relationships, both existing and new.

 

The New England Council

The New England Council, a non-partisan alliance of businesses, academic and health institutions, and public and private organizations, has elected six leaders from the New England business community to serve on its board of directors. The newly elected board members include Christienne Bik of Fallon Health, John D. Keenan of Salem State University, Courtney B. Larkin of Travelers, Kevin M. McGovern of Deloitte, Robert F. Rivers of Eastern Bank and Graham Shalgian of Rasky Partners.
