Pichardo has been in the financial industry for over six years and is licensed by NMLS. Prior to joining Align, she was a floating assistant manager at Metro Credit Union and customer experience manager at Salem Five Bank.

Erin P. Amoling has been hired as the new branch manager for Clinton Savings Bank’s West Boylston branch. In her role, Amoling will oversee the sales and service activities of the branch staff and spearhead business development in the West Boylston area.

Florence Bank has hired Michelle Cayo to the position of vice president and credit administration manager. Cayo joined Florence Bank in July 2017 with nearly 20 years of commercial credit experience.

Lawrence R. Estelle Jr. has joined Lowell Five Bank as vice president and commercial loan portfolio manager. Estelle comes to Lowell Five Bank from Athol Savings Bank, where he was vice president of the commercial lending division and commercial loan officer for over 20 years.
