Lauren M. Piehl has been promoted to branch manager at Bay State Savings Bank’s 275 Mill St. branch in Worcester. In her new role, Piehl will be responsible for overseeing the branch’s bank operations. She joined Bay State Savings Bank in 2011 and worked as a teller for two years at the bank’s Grafton Street location in Worcester.

Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley

Kimberly Santos joined the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley as membership and meetings coordinator. Santos joins the association with several years of managerial experience in customer success roles and training in operations management at Bay Path University.

Rollstone Bank & Trust

RBT has promoted Wayne Carney, Erin Nano and Ray Gagne. Carney, who joined RBT in 2008 as a financial advisor, has been named senior vice president, financial advisor and trust officer. He has been a licensed financial advisor for over 23 years. Nano was named senior vice president of credit. He has over 20 years banking experience, with expertise in commercial lending and commercial credit analysis, and will play a vital role in RBT’s lending division. Gagne has been promoted to the position of facilities manager. Since joining RBT in 2001, Gagne has held various supervisory roles and been a key team member throughout many construction projects over the years.
