Debbie Guiney will retire as president and CEO of Worcester-based AllCom Credit Union at the end of the year. Guiney worked at AllCom for more than 44 years. Laura Ybarra, AllCom’s executive vice president, will take over as president and CEO in January.

Boston-based commercial real estate firm The Davis Cos. has hired Marco DiMuzio as its new senior vice president of construction, a newly-created role. He previously held a similar role at GID Development in New York City.

Boston’s NEI General Contracting has hired Andy Koines as chief financial officer. He had retired from the firm in December 2020 after 10 years.
Nutter
Boston law firm Nutter has hired Christine A. Docherty as a partner in its corporate and transactions department and as a member of its banking and financial services group. Prior to joining Nutter, Docherty was vice president and associate general counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
Rockland Trust Co.
Hanover-based Rockland Trust Co. has hired Oscar Arevalo to vice president and business banking officer. He was previously an assistant vice president and business relationship manager at Santander Bank.
The bank also announced the expansion of its dealer financial services lending team with the appointment of Michael Walsh as vice president of commercial lending. He was most recently a senior vice president at Sun Trust Bank.
