Bowdoin Construction 

Needham-based Bowdoin Construction announced longtime company president Irwin Yanowitz will retire. He will be succeeded by Andrew Buckman, previously the firm’s vice president of construction.

Bristol County Savings Bank 

Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank has hired Mark Pitts as a vice president and senior credit officer. Pitts was formerly a first vice president at South Shore Bank. The bank also announced six promotions:

  • Nancy Cabral to assistant vice president and small business loan officer
  • Michael Hey to assistant vice president and Attleboro branch manager
  • Mobolaji Omisore to assistant vice president and Pawtucket, Rhode Island branch manager
  • Michael Allard to Franklin branch manager

Brookline Bank 

Brookline Bank has hired Evelyn Zayas as assistant vice president and manager of its Needham Heights branch.

CBRE

Commercial real estate brokerage CBRE has appointed Mike Solak senior director of the firm’s project management healthcare program solutions team, focused on Greater Boston.

The firm also announced the CBRE announced that it had promoted Michael Affronti to executive managing director of the company’s Greater Boston Advisory Services business, which includes leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance and property management.

Charrette Venture Group 

Boston architectural marketing firm Charrette Venture Group has hired Valarie Puchades as a marketing specialist. Puchades was previously a marketing staffer at GUND Partnership.

Copley Wolff Design Group

Boston-based landscape architecture firm Copley Wolff Design Group announced that Christine Wilson, an associate at the firm, has been promoted to principal.

Country Bank

Ware-based Country Bank announced the promotion of Jessica McGarry to first vice president and leader of its eastern commercial lending division.

EasCorp

Cynthia Nelson was appointed president and CEO of Burlington-based corporate credit union EasCorp effective Jan. 3. She replaced Jane Melchionda, who retired after 43 years as EasCorp’s first president and CEO.

Rhode Island-based mortgage lender Embrace Home Loans has hired Meredith Spence to open and run its new office in Boston’s Seaport District.

Federal Reserve Bank of Boston

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston on Wednesday announced its 2022 board of directors, with Brown University President Christina Hull Paxson and Rapid7 CEO Corey Thomas re-appointed as chair and vice chair. Sushil Tuli, chairman and CEO of Leader Bank, has been elected to join the board as a class A director.

Greenfield Cooperative Bank 

Greenfield Cooperative Bank announced the retirement of CEO Michael Tucker. Tucker will remain as a bank director.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announced five promotions:

  • Anexis Sanchez to vice president of the member contact center
  • Kathleen Gendron to assistant vice president of card services
  • Jocelyn Folger to assistant vice president of consumer lending
  • Dan Belanger to assistant treasurer for financial analytics.

Monson Savings Bank 

Monson Savings Bank announced that Vice President Donna Easton-Vicalvi, the bank’s government banking and cash management officer, has retired after 28 years at the bank.

Mortgage Network

Danvers-based lender Mortgage Network has hired Alexandra Costanzo as a loan officer. Costanzo was previously a financial services associate at TD Bank.

North Shore Bank

Peabody-based North Shore Bank promoted Ashley Santana to manage the bank’s Middleton branch.

Nutter 

Boston law firm Nutter announced that Michael Leard and Valerie Moore have been elected partners in the firm’s litigation and real estate departments, respectively.

Braintree-based property management and real estate firm The Peabody Cos. announced that Senior Resident Services Manager Jacquie Cope has been awarded a certificate of excellence from the nonprofit iPODS for Wounded Veterans.

The RMR Group 

David Webb, an employee of Newton asset management company The RMR Group, was installed as a certified property manager at a recent meeting of the Institute of Real Estate Management Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4.

Rockland Trust Co.

Hanover-based Rockland Trust Co. has hired Jim Ogborn and John Meakin for its wealth management division. Both will focus on the North Shore. Ogborn was previously an assistant vice president at Citizens Securities and Meakin previously managed client relationships for Citizens.

South Coast Improvement Co.

Marion-based design-build firm South Coast Improvement Co. has promoted Henry Quinlan to president. Quinlan replaces his brother, who founded the company and will remain on board in a business development and advisory role.

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty

Connecticut-based brokerage William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Realtor Tonia Scalise, based in the firm’s Great Barrington and Lenox brokerages, ranked as the top-producing agent among all the brokerage’s agents in central Berkshire County.
