Commercial real estate advisory firm A.W. Perry has hired Francis DeCoste as a senior vice president of residential development. Prior to joining A.W. Perry, DeCoste was the COO of TR Advisors a company focused on transit-oriented development projects and public-private partnerships in Boston, Chicago and other markets across the country.

BayCoast Bank

Swansea-based BayCoast Bank named Lucia Rebelo as its new financial literacy education officer, a newly-created position. Rebelo was previously an assistant vice president of business development at the bank.

Berkshire Bank

Boston-based Berkshire Bank has hired Christopher Craig as a new senior vice president and divisional sales manager in its mortgage sales group. Before joining Berkshire Bank, Craig was regional sales manager at Bank Five.

The bank also hired Nicholas DeSena as an assistant treasury branch manager.

Country Bank

Ware-based Country Bank announced eight promotions:

  • Mary McGovern was promoted to executive vice president.
  • Miriam Siegel was promoted to first vice president and chief culture and development officer.
  • Jennifer Bujnevicie was promoted to vice president in the bank’s retail banking division.
  • Laura Dennis was promoted to vice president in the bank’s retail banking division.
  • Alyson Weeks was promoted to vice president of human resources and professional development.
  • Erin Skoczylas promoted to assistant vice president and assistant controller.

Boston-based real estate developer The Davis Cos. has promoted two: Jerry Murphy and Sean Coffey. Both will be managing directors of investments.

HarborOne Bank

Brockton-based HarborOne Bank Vice President of Community and Public Relations Jennifer White was named to the board of Father Bill’s & MainSpring, a Brockton-based homelessness services organization.

Federal Reserve Bank of Boston

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston named two Massachusetts banking executives to its Community Depository Institution Advisory Council:

  • Robert Cashman, president and CEO of Metro Credit Union
  • Brett Dean, president and CEO of Watertown Savings Bank

The council offers perspectives on the economy, lending conditions and other issues facing thrift institutions, credit unions, and community banks across New England.

Leominster-based Fidelity Bank has hired Joseph Murchison as an assistant vice president and manager of its Paxton bank branch.

Danvers commercial real estate firm Nordlund Assoc. has hired Rich Bartley as a senior associate. Prior to joining Nordlund, Rick was president and owner of Bartley Machine and Manufacturing Co.

North Shore Bank

Peabody-based North Shore Bank has hired Michael A. Torrielli as the bank’s new retail sales manager. Torrielli was previously first vice president and north regional manager for Cambridge Savings Bank.
