Canton-based advisory firm Gray Private Wealth announced that Stephen Kenney has joined the firm as director of client development. He was previously principal at Perago Partners LLC, CEO of Boston Financial Management LLC, cofounder and managing director of SCS Financial Services LLC and executive vice president of Atlantic Trust.

Boston-based property manager and developer WinnCompanies announced the promotion of five executives:

  • Barbara Breton, who oversees WinnResidential’s operation of 60 properties totaling more than 5,400 units located in California, Arizona, and Illinois, was made senior vice president.
  • Angela Cisneros, who oversees 140 properties totaling approximately 11,000 units in California, was made senior vice president.
  • Steven DeTore, who oversees business planning for WinnResidential, was made senior vice president.
  • Maurice Rondeau, who leads large-scale learning and development efforts for WinnCompanies’ residential and corporate teams, was made senior vice president.
  • Kelly Spangler, a member of the company’s human resources department, was made vice president.
