Boston CDFI BlueHub Capital announced it has hired Karen Kelleher as the new president of its BlueHub Capital Loan Fund division. Kelleher was previously the executive director at LISC Boston, another CDFI.

The Davis Cos.

Boston-based developer The Davis Cos. has hired Mai Zhang as senior vice president of asset management. Zhang previously held unspecified leadership positions at JBG Smith Properties, a publicly traded real estate firm in the Washington, D.C. metro.

E4H Environments for Health Architecture

Boston design firm E4H Environments for Health Architecture has hired John Koehler as chief operations officer.

GFA Federal Credit Union 

Gardner-based GFA Federal Credit Union has hired John Knierim as its next executive vice president and CFO.

MutualOne Bank 

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank said it has hired James Monette as vice president and director of retail banking. Monette was previously an assistant vice president and area manager at Workers Credit Union i Leominster.

New England Financial Marketing Association 

The Springfield-based New England Financial Marketing Association announced Jamie Conaghan as its new president. Conaghan was previously the association’s vice president and is concurrently the senior vice president of marketing and digital at Main Street Bank in Marlborough.

Rockland Trust Co.

Hanover-based Rockland Trust Co. announced it had hired Ryan Weinberg as a senior vice president and commercial lending center manager. Prior to his hiring, he was a CRE portfolio manager at Citizens Bank in Boston.

Sanborn, Head & Assoc.

Local engineering firm Sanborn, Head & Assoc. has hired Carolyn Silverthorn as its new senior vice president of finance, to be based out of the company’s Philadelphia office.
