Amesbury-based BankProv has hired Tricia Abood as vice president and business development officer. Abood joins BankProv after leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of New Hampshire, TD Bank and Citizens Bank, BankProv said.

Boston-based Berkshire Bank said it had hired former First Republic Bank relationship manager Michelle Samuel to its private banking team as a senior vice president.

Bristol County Savings Bank 

Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank said it has hired former North Easton Savings Bank and Mechanics Cooperative Bank vice president and loan servicing manager Kelly Abernathy to be assistant vice president and commercial loan booking and maintenance manager.

Brookline Bank

Brookline Bank announced that Rodrigo Biajoli has been promoted to manage its Lexington branch.

Cushman & Wakefield

National commercial brokerage Cushman & Wakefield announced it had hired Patrick Cheeseman as a senior managing director for its “Presence” tenant experience platform charged with growing the service. Cheesman, a longtime member of the Boston commercial real estate industry, was previously managing director of Americas consulting at brokerage CBRE.

DCAMM

The Healey administration announced it had named Adam Baacke as the new commissioner of the agency charged with overseeing all of the state-owned real estate in Massachusetts, the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). Baacke was previously assistant vice chancellor for campus development at the University of Massachusetts Lowell for nine years, where he oversaw that school’s own growing portfolio of real estate projects.

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank announced that its president and COO, Kristin Carvalho, has received a doctorate in business administration from the University of Rhode Island College of Business.

Rockland Trust

Hanover-based Rockland Trust Co. announced longtime Quincy branch manager Clemens Leung has been promoted to a business banking officer serving business owners in Quincy, Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury.
