Medway-based Charles River Bank announced that several employees had been honored for their years of employment with the bank during its annual meeting:

  • 25 years: bookkeeper Kathy Antonellis
  • 20 years: chief customer care and marketing officer Ann Sherry
  • 15 years: chief financial officer Robert Leist
  • 10 years: senior retail lending officer Cheryl Beauvais
  • 5 years: Medway branch supervisor Rachel Diaz, President and CEO Derek Plourde and facilities coordinator Doug Downing.

Country Bank

Ware-based Country Bank announced that its board of directors has become certified through a Bank Director certification program, a first for the bank’s board.

Dakota Partners

Boston-based developer Dakota Partners announced it has hired C.J. Horvath, formerly head of acquisitions at a California affordable housing development company, to development senior project manager and promoted Matt Abraham to the same title.

East Cambridge Savings Bank

East Cambridge Savings Bank announced Tim Bombard had been formally vested with his CEO title following former President and CEO Gilda Nogueira’s retirement. Bombard had been named president and Nogueira’s successor in March.

JLL

JLL announced that it had hired veteran CBRE broker Chris McCauley, who will cover healthcare and portfolio management at JLL.

Lee Bank

Lee Bank announced that four new corporators have been elected to its board: local advocate Juan Carlos Gonzalez, Arcadian Shop co-owner Jeffrey Minkler, Great Barrington car wash owner Baljit Singh and community health worker Marcela Urrea.

Merrimack Valley Credit Union

Merrimack Valley Credit Union President and CEO John Howard was given the U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Johanny Rosario Pichardo Memorial Award for community service by a military veteran from the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. Howard is a former Marine.

Rockland Trust Co.

Hanover-based Rockland Trust Co. has hired Wayne Mathews to its foreign exchange team. He was previously at Eastern Bank, where he built up that lender’s own foreign exchange program.

The bank separately announced two more hires: former MountainOne Bank portfolio manager Jared Bell as assistant vice president and commercial loan officer in South Boston and former Cambridge Savings Bank small business lending manager Jeffrey Hansel as first vice president and SBA market executive.

Workers Credit Union 

Littleton-based Workers Credit Union has named Bob Leger as chief financial officer and treasurer. He was previously senior vice president of treasury, asset and liability management at the credit union.
