The Boston Green Ribbon Commission, a business-backed advocacy group focused on climate resilience and justice, announced it hired Rebecca Herst as associate director for resilience. She was formerly the director of the Sustainable Solutions Lab at UMass Boston.

Former Envision Bank and City of Boston Credit Union vice president of deposit operations Jabir Sandhu has been hired by Boston-based Mass Bay Credit Union for the same role at that institution.

MountainOne Bank

North Adams-based Mountain One Bank has promoted Dick Kelly to senior vice president and senior commercial risk officer, a new position focused on maintaining asset quality at the bank “while enhancing its loan approval process,” MountainOne’s announcement said.

The bank also announced that it has re-hired Paul Ames as a senior mortgage originator for the South Shore market after his stints at Cambridge Savings Bank and Embrace Home Loans.ob
