Boston’s Elkus Manfredi Architects has named two new principals – Rob Halter and Emily Paparella – to help lead the firm along with CEO and founding principal David Manfredi, Elizabeth Lowrey, John H. Martin and Andrew West.

The architecture firm also elevated John Mitchell and Timothy Talun to vice president; promoted Gregory Breisinger, Christina Hoover and Jacob E.
