Northstar Project & Real Estate Services

Cambridge real estate services firm Northstar Project & Real Estate Services announced co-founder and President Tom Fanning is stepping down after 13 years at the company’s helm, but will remain as an advisor to company leadership and to existing clients. He’s being replaced by Kirstin Brown, a close associate of Fanning’s at Northstar and other firms for 25 years.

Middleton-based developer Procopio Cos. announced seven new hires:

  • John Cirame, as controller
  • Andy Cogliano, as a general superintendent
  • Will Nuccio, as a project manager
  • Cassandra Dos-Santos, as an assistant project manager

Wakefield-based The Savings Bank has hired Steven J. Tromp as vice president and senior credit officer. Tromp was previously a senior credit officer and executive loan committee member at First Republic Bank.

Shawmut Design and Construction

Local construction firm Shawmut Design and Construction announced Paul Praylo had joined its board. Praylo was an executive at firms like NVR Inc. and AECOM for 30 years.

Synergy

Prominent downtown Boston office landlord Synergy said it had hired Patrick DiGregorio as senior vice president of property management. He previously held a similar position at local developer Nordblom.

WinnCompanies

Boston developer WinnCompanies announced three staffers had been promoted to vice president: Michael Milko, Christina McPike and Ramie Schneider.

The company also announced it had hired Ethan Ceplikas as general counsel, succeeding Dan Willert, who is retiring later this year after serving 13 years in the position. Ceplikas joins WinnCompanies from a similar post at Boston affordable housing developer The Community Builders.
