Swansea’s BayCoast Bank announced Nicholas L. Christ has been promoted to president and CEO, Marie pellegrino to executive vice president and CFO, Daniel J. DeCosta has been promoted to executive vice president and chief information officer and Scott P. Lopes has been promoted to senior vice president and chief of human resources and talent officer. The bank also said it hired Debra Lambert, formerly the owner of Accutrust Mortgage in Fall River, as a senior loan officer.

Boston development firm Core Investments announced that Anelise Lago has joined the company as general counsel and assuming the responsibilities previously handled by Gary Lilienthal, who is transitioning after several years as Core Investments’ general counsel to a new role as special counsel. Lago was formerly chief legal officer at Boston real estate advisory firm and residential brokerage Senné.
