Greylock Federal Credit Union, based in Pittsfield, has promoted Chris Barry to assistant vice president and business banking officer.

Main Street Bank

Marlborough-based Main Street Bank announced it had hired David Felton as executive vice president and chief deposit officer.

Metropolitan Area Planning Council

The Boston-based Metropolitan Area Planning Council said it had promoted Jessie Partridge Guerrero to be the agency’s director of data services.

Monson Savings Bank

Monson Savings Bank announced four promotions:

• Kandy Tranghese to senior vice president and CFO.
• Dodie Carpentier to first vice president and human resources officer.
• Kevin Hicks to first vice president and operations officer.
• Caitlin O’Connor to first vice president and marketing officer.

The bank also honored Assistant Vice President Commercial Loan Operations Officer Sara Rodrigues and Bank Secrecy Analyst Bridget Bunce with its annual President’s Award for outstanding performance in their jobs.

River Run Bancorp

River Run Bancorp, the Newburyport common mutual holding company for Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank, announced Keri Sullivan had been appointed senior vice president and director of operations and customer service, and Carol Wilson had been elevated to executive vice president of operational excellence and performance management.

Jonathan Pedi has been hired as a new vice president and commercial banking officer at The Savings Bank, based in Walpole. He previously held a similar title at Arlington-based Leader Bank.
