The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod appointed Marc Petrocchi to the post of assistant vice president and manager of its West Barnstable branch.

Boston law firm Nutter announced it’s hired Daniel W. Hartman, former counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, as of counsel in its banking and financial services group.

Rockland Trust

Hanover-based Rockland Trust announced it’s hired Brian Mason as senior vice president and leader of its banking team serving nonprofits. Mason formerly held the same title on a similar team at M&T Bank and at People’s United Bank before the latter was bought by the former.

South Shore Bank

Weymouth-based South Shore Bank said it’s hired Michael Minicucci as the leader of its business banking team. He was most recently vice president of commercial lending and banking at MountainOne Bank.

South Shore Chamber of Commerce

The South Shore Chamber of Commerce announced it’s named Tim Cahill as its next president and CEO. He comes to the group after holding the same post at the Quincy Chamber of Commerce and succeeds Peter Forman, who is leaving the chamber after 20 years.
