Boston-based Berkshire Bank, soon to rebrand as Beacon Bank & Trust following its merger with Brookline Bancorp, announced Janice Ward has been hired as senior vice president and head of fiduciary services. She was previously first vice president and trust officer at Greenfield Savings Bank.

Bristol County Savings Bank

Taunton-based Bristol County Savings Bank announced it’s promoted Laurie Williams to vice president and head of portfolio management and Brandon Cannata to vice president and commercial loan officer for the bank’s Taunton-Attleboro region.

J Barrett & Company

Beverley-based residential brokerage J Barrett & Company announced that Lisa Sullivan has affiliated with the firm’s Cummings Center office in Beverley as a Realtor.

MountainOne Bank

North Adams-based MountainOne Bank announcedthat it’s hired Thomas Osuch as vice president and commercial loan officer. He was most recently a vice president and commercial loan officer at Rockland Trust.

The bank also announced that its insurance arm has promoted Donna Bishop to senior vice president.

Urban Land Institute Boston/New England

The Urban Land Institute’s Boston/New England chapter has announced Jonathan Greeley as its new district council chair. Greeley is head of economic development for New England and Virginia at Amazon, where he leads economic development initiatives, including market entry, policymaker engagement, real estate development and logistics operations. He previously spent time at the Boston Planning & Development Agency as director of development review.
