A pharmaceutical company is the first tenant to lease space at the newly-renovated 100 TECH property in Stoughton.

Canton-based Collegium Pharmaceutical will occupy 50,678 square feet at the 188,000-square-foot office building at 100 Technology Drive. The company will take occupancy this summer.

A multi-million-dollar repositioning campaign by landlord Campanelli included a new entrance, lobby, cafe, fitness center and new meeting and conference space.

The property is offering leasing opportunities from 2,500 to 138,000 square feet. Campanelli acquired the property, built in 1988 as the original Reebok headquarters, for $9 million in 2017.
