The developers of the Pierce Boston condominium tower in Boston’s Fenway have selected concierge service Luxury Attache to provide on-site services to residents ranging from pet care and event planning and travel bookings.

Samuels & Assoc. and Landsea are partnering on the 30-story luxury high-rise at 188 Brookline Ave. Luxury Attache provides resident services at properties in Los Angeles, Miami, New York and San Francisco, including the 88-story Fifteen Hudson Yards tower on Manhattan’s West Side. Resident services at Pierce Boston will include move-in assistance, child care, beauty and wellness bookings and restaurant reservations.

Pierce Boston is the latest high-end condo project seeking to distinguish itself with name-brand resident services.

Cambridge-based Carpenter & Co. picked Four Seasons Resorts to manage its 61-story tower being developed on Dalton Street in Back Bay.

Cottonwood Management announced last year that Regent Hotels & Resorts will provide resident services at its 730-unit residential development under construction in the Seaport.

Luxury Attache was founded by Jenene Ronick, a former CNN employee who coordinated accommodations and services for on-air guests. Its personalized approach includes services not typically included in a concierge service, Samuels says.

“It’s no longer enough to have an impeccable concierge. You need a program that will anticipate individual residents’ needs, from VIP tables to picking up last-minute anniversary presents, while also coordinating meaningful events for residents as a community,” said Leslie Cohen, chief operating officer of Samuels & Assoc., in a statement.
