Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has named Christopher Polak sales manager of the company’s Lynnfield office. Polak will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 55 sales associates serving Lynnfield, Peabody, Middleton, Saugus and the surrounding North Shore communities.

Prior to his new role, Polak served as the sales manager of the Salem office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for the past four years. He replaces Christopher Economo, who was promoted to manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Concord and Carlisle.

A licensed real estate professional for 13 years, Polak is a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Polak, a resident of Salem, is active in the community and has served as a member of the board of directors of the Salem Chamber of Commerce for the past two years.
