Precision Dermatology Inc. and WiseTek Solution Inc. have signed two leases for more than 35,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in Franklin.

Precision Dermatology Inc. is moving its headquarters from Cumberland, R.I. to the space at 122 Grove St. The company has signed a 10-year lease for 25,685 square feet of warehouse and office space in the building. It expects to take occupancy in spring 2014. Precision Dermatology was represented by Gerry Surprenant of MG Commercial.

WiseTek Solution Inc. has leased 10,352 square feet of warehouse space in the building. The company was represented by Sam Pasquantonio of Century 21 Commonwealth.

Rick Kaplan and Casey Killam, both of RE/MAX Executive Realty, represented the property owner, Al-Je-Beau Realty Trust, in the leases.

Approximately 25,000 square feet of office space is still available to be leased at the building. Of the available space, 20,400 square feet is offered as a sublease. This space was the former headquarters for Strata Bank and includes a Class A build-out at below market rent.
