Pruett Named ‘Top Producing Broker’ On North Shore

Mary Mary "Mimi" Pruett of Beverly-based J Barrett & Co. has been named number one on the MLS PIN list of top 100 producing brokers for 2009 on the North Shore.

Pruett, who has more than 20 years experience, generated more sales revenue last year than any other agent in seven North Shore communities, including Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Manchester, and Rockport. In 2008, Pruett held the number two spot, according to a statement.

"We are extremely proud of Mimi and her many accomplishments," said Jon Gray, president of J Barrett & Co. "She is extremely hard working, responsive to her clients, and has an impressive understanding of the real estate market in our area."

"It’s wonderful to be on ‘the’ list again especially considering that today’s real estate market is definitely different than it was a year or even two years ago," said Pruett. "But in any market everyone-clients and agents-can be successful if you do your homework."
