A Quincy apartment complex developed in 2018 was acquired by a Brookline investor this week for $25.45 million.

The Hillside Residences include 60 apartments at 23 Bridge St. The sales price equates to $424,167 per unit.

The 5-story, 64,239-square-foot complex is located on a 0.7-acre lot across from Adams Historical Park and a half-mile from the MBTA’s Quincy Center station. It includes a mix of units ranging from studios to four bedrooms, and includes under-building parking and a roof deck with Boston skyline views.

Cushman & Wakefield’s multifamily investment sales team represented seller Boston Property Development.

“Quincy’s vibrant atmosphere and its growing appeal as a residential market make this transaction very exciting,” Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director Chris Sower said in a statement.
