Construction is underway in Randolph to build a new clubhouse and outdoor pool at Rosemont Square, 99 Chestnut West.

The residential community is owned by Chestnut West Assoc. LLC and managed by Beacon Residential Properties Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Beacon Communities LLC of Boston.

The complex is comprised of garden style apartments. Pro Con Inc. of Manchester, N.H., is building the clubhouse and pool. Mostue & Assoc. Architects Inc. of Somerville is the architect.

The new 3,600-square-foot clubhouse, which will be centrally located on the community’s 38 acres, will feature a fitness room, juice bar, restrooms and Rosemont Square’s administrative offices.

As part of the project, Pro Con Inc. will replace an existing outdoor swimming pool with a new 30′ x 40′ outdoor pool. Pro Con Inc will also provide additional parking, drainage, lighting and extensive landscaping.

Pro Con Inc began work on the project in August and expects to be finished by December.
