Online security firm Rapid7 has leased an additional 67,000 square feet at the The Hub on Causeway office tower, after moving into its new headquarters in the initial phase of the project’s office space in July.

The 102-month lease for the ninth and 10th floors begins in June 2021 with an initial net rental rate of $60 per square foot and 2 percent annual increases, according to an SEC filing. Rapid7 is consolidating its local workforce from 100 Summer St. in the Financial District and 1 Main St. in Cambridge.

In 2017, Rapid7 leased 157,061 square feet in the 181,054-square-foot office podium building at The Hub on Causeway. The lease gave the company a right of first offer for another two floors in the 21-story, 525,000-square-foot office tower which is being built above the podium.

Verizon’s East Coast Innovation Center is the office tower anchor tenant.

Boston Properties is partnering with TD Garden owner Delaware North Cos. on the 1.8-million-square-foot development. Another two office leases are in negotiation for a combined 77,000 square feet, Boston Properties President Doug Linde said in a July 31 conference call to discuss the company’s second-quarter financials. Those deals would bring pre-leasing to 93 percent.
