Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ), has added five new team members:  Joseph Olin, Sarah D’Elia, Jared Pimm, Brittany Wilton and Meaghan Nicholson.  The new employees expand the firm’s brokerage and operations teams.

Olin is a financial analyst supporting the firm’s brokerage teams.  He holds an master’s degree with a concentration in real estate management from Bentley University and a bachelor’s in real estate finance from the University of Connecticut. 

D’Elia is an associate on RBJ’s Cambridge market team.  Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Cassidy Turley FHO.  D’Elia earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College, where she was named an All-American in the NCAA tennis tournament.  She is a member of New England Women In Real Estate. 

Pimm is an associate on the suburban market team, focusing on the I-495 North and Route 128 North submarkets.  Pimm brings to his role experience working at John Moriarty & Associates, a construction management and consulting firm, and Barclays Capital.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College. 

Wilton has joined RBJ’s suburban market team in brokerage services, with a particular focus on the Route 128 and I-495 submarkets.  Wilton graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Boston College’s Lynch School of Education. Sarah D'Elia -- RBJ

Nicholson is on RBJ’s operations team and is the firm’s office coordinator.  Prior to joining RBJ, she was the administrative assistant at J. Derenzo Company in Brockton.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State College.
