Reading Co-operative Bank will move its corporate office to a new location in Reading in July.

The new space will be located at 55 Walkers Brook Drive. It was designed by DRL Architects.

"Our main branch will remain where it is at 180 Haven St.; our board members felt it was paramount that our corporate location stays in Reading. We were thrilled with the opportunity to expand to newly available office space at 55 Walkers Brook in Reading," Julieann Thurlow, Reading Co-operative Bank’s president, said in a statement.

The move comes on the heels of a significant growth cycle for Reading Co-operative Bank. Over the past six years, the community bank averaged 20 percent annual growth in assets. It has added three new executive positions, made seven new officer appointments and hired over 30 additional employees. It has also launched its mobile banking service, added small business checking services and opened two new branches in Andover and Burlington.
