The Terrier Group, a Boston residential real estate company, has relocated to 366 West Broadway, Unit C-2, in South Boston.

Owner Michael Sylvia purchased the 1,024-square-foot commercial condo for an undisclosed price. The property was assessed at $85,500 for fiscal 2009, according to data obtained from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.

The sellers were represented by Paul Rinkulis of Gibson Sotheby’s – South End. Sylvia represented himself.
