As they relocate from Canton to a new headquarters at Boston’s Innovation and Design Building, Reebok employees will have fresh incentive to step up their workout routines.

The athletic apparel company said employees who use the 30,000-square-foot facility at least 10 times a month will not have to pay a membership fee for the gym it calls “among the best in corporate America.”

The 2-story gym designed by Gensler includes a boxing ring; a 13,000-square-foot CrossFit box; multiple studios for yoga, Pilates, dance, spin and other classes; treatment rooms; and access to personal trainers, nutritionists, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, meditation and physical therapy. Reebok said it will schedule more than 30 fitness classes a day at the facility, which will open in October and is scheduled for completion in November.

Reebok President Matt O’Toole predicted in a statement that 90 percent of the workforce will meet that target.

“This is an investment the brand is making on behalf of our employees, because we know first-hand that a fit workforce is a better workforce – physically, mentally and socially,” said O’Toole. “Reebok has a goal of being the fittest, healthiest workplace in the country, and the incredible facilities at our new location will help us achieve this goal.”

Reebok is scheduled to complete its move from its headquarters on Canton’s Royall Street to Atlanta-based developer Jamestown’s IDB in December.
