The property at 34-42 William Way consists of five free-standing buildings, owned by Kreg LLC. The ownership split the property into five individual industrial condominiums. In February, Kaplan sold 42 William Way, to James Moore, doing business as Medical Components Specialists Inc. (MCS). MCS is a supplier of precision medical components from wire, rod and tubing to medical device manufacturers. The 21,000-square-foot industrial building sold for $910,000. MCS is moving from a 4,000-square-foot industrial condominium located at 17 Rita Lane, Bellingham.

In July 2011, Kaplan sold 34 and 36 William Way to Ostras LLC, doing business as Childs Engineering Corp., a waterfront engineering firm. Thirty-four William Way, a 9,000-square-foot office building, sold for $570,000; 36 William Way, an industrial building, sold for $115,000. 

Kaplan represented both the buyers and seller of all three sales, totaling just over $1.5 million.
