800 Huntington Ave. LLC is looking to outfit its Mission Hill building of the same address with new medical offices and an outpatient medical clinic.

In order to do this, renovation and expansion projects must take place, according to a project filing the company submitted to the city of Boston one week ago. The 45,000-square-foot, two-story building currently has surface parking for 66 spaces. Developers are proposing construction of a new structured parking facility and an additional story above the existing building and parking structure. It’s estimated the building will be 83,000 square feet and contain between 175 and 200 parking spaces once the construction and renovation are complete.

Retail and food services will occupy the first floor, according to the project filing. Medical and general offices and an outpatient medical clinic will be on the second and third floors along with remaining space on the first.
