Preleasing has begun at One Beachmont, a $60 million apartment complex at 205 Revere Beach Parkway scheduled for completion in January.

The mid-rise building developed by Gate Residential Properties and TransDel Corp. contains 195 units ranging from studios to two bedrooms.

Designed by Sheskey Architects and Duffy Design Group, the complex’s amenity package includes dog daycare, co-working space, swimming pool, grilling stations, outdoor fitness area and top-floor deck. Units are equipped with wide-plank wood floors, quartz countertops with concrete finishes and oversized windows.

A marketing center opened this week, providing tours of a model unit. Listed rents range from $1,783 for a studio to $3,146 for a three-bedroom unit.
