Boston-based Fantini & Gorga has arranged $5.15 million in permanent financing for a mixed-use property in downtown Peabody on behalf of River Development LLC.
The residential and commercial property at 21-23 Caller St. is a three-story, 59,000-square-foot building was originally built in the early 1900s as a leather-processing facility.
The property is 100 percent occupied by 34 residential tenants and five commercial tenants.
