A Roche Bros. supermarket, seven-screen theater and City Works Eatery & Pour House will be the retail anchor tenants at Arsenal Yards, the 1-million-square-foot redevelopment of the former Arsenal Mall property scheduled for completion in mid-2019.

The 33,800-square-foot Majestic Cinema is affiliated with Cinemaworld group. Chicago-based restaurant group Bottleneck Management will own and operate the restaurant including an outdoor patio and sports bar.

The mixed-use redevelopment by Boylston Properties and The Wilder Cos. will include 250,000 square feet of retail, a 200,000-square-foot office and lab building called YardWorks, 425-unit apartment complex, a 150-room Hampton by Hilton hotel and The Fitness Collection.

Wilder Cos. has targeted a significant component of restaurant operators and fitness centers to fill the retail portion of the development, which have replaced traditional retail anchors in many new shopping centers.

Boylston Properties acquired the Arsenal Mall in 2013 for $71 million.
