A 30,600-square-foot, class A, industrial warehouse building at 19 Turcotte Memorial Drive in Rowley has been sold.
The buyer, Richardson Green Inc., paid $2.28 million for the fully-leased warehouse, according to data provided by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman. That data shows the prior sales price for the property as $312,500 in May 2001.
Lowell Peabody, James Bartholomew and Connor Barnes of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented the seller, Joseph Leone of Business Park Realty Trust, in the sale. Ralph Leonard of Ralph Leonard Associates represented Richardson Green.
Robert N. Karpp Co. Inc. and Black Cow Restaurants will continue as tenants in the building, according to a press release from GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners.
