Running apparel retailers Tracksmith and Janji are opening pop-up stores in Boston’s Back Bay during April and early May to coincide with marathon season.

Tracksmith will open a shop on Monday at 899 Boylston St. and Janji has returned to 144 Newbury St., where it operated a temporary store during the holiday.

Both properties are part of Jamestown’s Newbury Collection retail portfolio. The stores will include public programming including midnight runs, guest running clubs, book signings, pasta parties and fitness classes.

Tracksmith’s shop will include art gallery highlighting the artwork of Bobbi Gibb, the first woman to run the entire Boston Marathon. Janji will donate a portion of each sale to partnerships combating the global water crisis.
