The Midmarket Alliance (MMA) has named Kenneth Sanginario, founder of Westborough-based Corporate Value Metrics, to its advisory board.
Chicago-based MMA is an invitation-only collaborative share group comprised of business investment and advisory experts from all disciplines. It aims to connect people, ideas and capital with the best ways to maximize value for business owners.
"Ken’s unique breadth of technical expertise and his collaborative approach will make him a highly valued member of The MidMarket Alliance Advisory Board, and we are delighted that he has agreed to become the educational leader of the alliance," Michael Nall, founder of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and the MidMarket Alliance, said in a statement.
Sanginario has more than 25 years of experience providing financial and operational leadership to middle market companies. He is the founder and developer of the Value Opportunity Profile and a founding partner of NorthStar Management Partners.
