Kathy Schweitzer has joined Beverly-based real estate agency J Barrett & Co. as executive vice president.

Most recently, Schweitzer served as manager of sales for an undisclosed, "internationally known firm" that provides real estate training and coaching for brokers, sales agents and owner/managers, the company said in a statement.  Prior to her coaching career, Kathy served as COO of Coldwell Banker Schweitzer Real Estate, one of Michigan’s largest real estate franchises with annual sales in excess of $1 billion.
